Access

It takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the parking to the entrance of our observatory. We will pick you up by car if you have a disability.

The parking lot is free of charge. Parking is closed when our observatory is not open.

• About 25 minutes by car from Jomo Kogen station on the Joetsu Shinkansen. It takes about 1 hour from Tokyo station to Jomo Kogen station.
• Almost same distance from Shibukawa station, Numata station and Nakanojo station.
• There is no omnibus line to our observatory. Taxi fee will cost 6,000 yen in one way.

• About 25 minutes from Shibukawa Ikaho I.C. on the Kan-Etsu expressway. It takes about 1 hour from Nerima I.C. in Tokyo to Shibukawa Ikaho I.C.
• About 20 minutes from Tsukiyono I.C. on the Kan-Etsu expressway.
